Period: 2025, from June 21 to 30

 

Age: from 18 to 22

 

Participants: max 7, girls and boys, limited to one participant by country.

Note: no specific diets or medical restrictions, European food

The active involvement in the life aboard (meals, cleaning…) and their willing to learn sailing is expected from the participants.

Their physical abilities and swimming experience must be in accordance with a week of sailing on the Mediterranean Sea.

 

Aim  of  the  camp  :  

• 26th edition!

• Discover Catalan coast, french and spanish, from Canet en Roussillon to Port-la-Nouvelle (France) and Roses (Spain)

• Introduction to sailing on a modern boat 50 feet long equipped with 2 double cabins, 1 cabin for 3 persons and 2 showers, possible additional shower outside.

• They will be supervised by a professional skipper, as well as by a Rotarian.

Arrival: June 21st
Departure: June 30th

Perpignan airport or Perpignan rail station

The  transfers  from PERPIGNAN  to  the  meeting  point (and  return)  will be  organized  by  the  Camp committee.

 

Language: English. French would be really appreciated!

 

Participation fee: 500  euros /participant,  to be paid  before the beginning of the camp, including accommodation, food and transfer from Perpignan to the camp and return.

 

Accommodation: 6 nights on the boat and after in a mobil-home in a camping (Argelès sur Mer).

 

Insurance : Participants must contract an insurance (illness,  accident  and  third  party  damages). If needed, you can subscribe to "AXA/Welcare" French contract (about 150 €/participant).
